Stéphanie obtained a double degree in Food Technologie and Processing in 1992 :

– Bachelor of Sciences (BS’s) at Reading University – England

– Master’s degree (Ingénieur) at AgroParisTech – France

From 1993, she worked in food quality subjects and really enjoyed her experience with Chefs when she was a consultant in Paris: implementation of HACCP, work or procedure optimisation for kitchen, catering or small production units, quality follow-up and more…

She worked and lived in France, England, Bulgaria, Poland, Hungary and she is living in Tokyo for 8 years.
